Process 2: Make a template

The straight line is straight, the arc is round, the eyelet is in place, and the angle and proportion are the same. This is the principle of making templates.
If it is a template with a centerline, such as a ladder, it should be symmetrical on both sides, and the rectangular template should maintain a parallel line opposite the line. The positioning points must be accurate, and the positioning points used for splicing or darts must be corresponding, so there must be no omissions or other problems.
Process 3: Template Identification
The plush toy proofing template also needs to have corresponding logos. The template logo includes: product model, product name, part name, template number, material name, wire flow direction, and number of cut films. If the plush toy template is relatively small, all content cannot be marked. You can make a process list, give a logo number, and directly mark the number.
Process 4: Create layout diagram
The schematic diagram includes the wire flow or total direction of the template, the reverse or homogeneous arrangement of the template, and the indication of the template sleeve cutting, so as to more accurately calculate the unit cutting amount and perform the discharge treatment with the lowest loss.
Process 5: Sewing plush toys
After removing and cutting, you can perform sewing, embroidery (silk printing), filling and other processes. The plush toy doll template is compared with the drawings. After modification, it needs to be improved in time and asked the customer to confirm.
